Return and Exchange Policy

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers and standardize the return and exchange process, this independent website formulates the following return and exchange policy in accordance with relevant commercial rules. This policy mainly applies to orders shipped to the United States and European regions and does not cover orders to China. Please read carefully before placing an order; placing an order is deemed as recognition and acceptance of all terms of this policy.

I. Return Application Requirements

  • Return applications must be submitted within 10 calendar days after you actually sign for the goods. Failure to do so within the time limit will be deemed as automatic waiver of the return right, and our store will no longer accept it.
  • The goods must be in their original sales condition: unused, unworn, undamaged, with the goods themselves and accessories (including hangtags, labels, instruction manuals, packaging gift boxes, etc.) intact and free of any man-made damage. Returns will not be accepted if the goods are stained, damaged, deformed, or have lost hangtags due to improper use or storage by you.
  • You need to provide clear and valid proof of purchase, including but not limited to order number, payment record, and invoice (if any), and the goods for which a return is applied must be completely consistent with the product information recorded in the proof of purchase.
  • For returns due to non-product quality issues (such as personal preference, wrong size selection, etc.), all round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by you; for returns due to product quality issues, after our review and confirmation, we will bear the outgoing shipping costs (only ordinary express delivery is supported, and the excess costs of special express services such as SF Express and EMS will not be borne).

II. Standard Return Process

  1. Initiate Application: If you need to return goods, please first contact us via in-site message or official customer service email (leewillson888@outlook.com), explain the reason for the return, and provide photos of the current status of the goods and screenshots of the proof of purchase, then wait for our review.
  2. Review Feedback: We will complete the review within 3 business days after receiving the application. If the review is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and the designated return address; if the review is not approved, the specific reason will be stated in the email.
  3. Return the Goods: You need to send the eligible goods back to the designated address within 7 calendar days after the review is approved, and promptly synchronize the express tracking number to the customer service. Failure to return the goods within the time limit will be deemed as abandonment of the return application.
  4. Inspection and Processing: After we receive the returned goods, we will complete the inspection within 5 business days. If the inspection is qualified, the refund process will be initiated; if the inspection is unqualified (e.g., does not meet the return conditions), the refund will be refused, and the goods will be returned to you in their original condition, with the return shipping cost borne by you.
Special Reminder: We have the right to refuse to sign for or process goods returned directly without prior application for return. All risks and costs such as loss or damage of goods arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

III. Non-Returnable Commodity Categories

Due to their special characteristics, the following commodities are not eligible for return or exchange once sold (even if unused). Please place your order carefully:
  • Perishable goods: Such as food, fresh produce, flowers, plants, etc. These commodities have a short shelf life, special transportation and storage conditions, and cannot be resold.
  • Customized commodities: Such as personalized engraved products, custom-sized products, custom-patterned products and other commodities made according to your specific needs. They are unique and cannot be resold.
  • Personal care and intimate products: Such as beauty and skincare products, underwear, socks, swimwear, etc. These commodities are in direct contact with the human body and will not be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Dangerous goods and special categories: Such as flammable and explosive materials, corrosive substances, batteries, liquid commodities, etc. Their transportation involves safety risks and is restricted by relevant laws and regulations, so they will not be returned or exchanged.
  • Promotional and special commodities: Discounted goods, clearance goods, near-expiry goods, gifts and gift cards will not be returned or exchanged once sold.

IV. Instructions for Handling Quality Issues

Please carefully inspect the goods within 24 hours after signing for them. If you find quality defects, damage, missing items or wrong items in the goods, please contact us immediately via customer service email and provide clear photos of the product issues and the express waybill as proof.
We will verify the situation within 3 business days after receiving the feedback. If it is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide you with solutions such as return and refund or replacement of goods (the specific plan shall be subject to negotiation). If you fail to provide feedback within the specified time or cannot provide valid proof to show that the issue is our responsibility, the goods will be deemed as accepted after inspection, and no subsequent return or exchange applications for relevant quality issues will be accepted.

V. Exchange Instructions

Our store does not currently support direct exchange services. If you need to exchange goods (such as changing size, color, etc.), please first apply to return the original goods in accordance with the above return process. After the return is approved and the refund is completed, place a separate order to purchase the desired goods.

VI. Special Terms for the United States and European Regions

1. If the goods are shipped to the European region, in accordance with local laws and regulations, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods for any reason without justification. However, you must comply with the relevant requirements of this policy regarding the original condition of the goods and proof of purchase. For returns due to non-quality issues, all round-trip shipping costs shall be borne by you. 2. If the goods are shipped to the United States, returns and exchanges shall comply with the general terms in Sections I to V and Sections VII to VIII of this policy.

VII. Refund Instructions

  • After the returned goods pass the inspection, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days, and the refund will be returned to your original payment account via the original channel.
  • The time for the refund to arrive depends on the processing procedures of your payment institution and bank, usually 3-10 business days, subject to the actual arrival time. We are not responsible for delays in refund arrival caused by the delayed processing of the payment institution or bank.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was initiated and the refund has not yet arrived, please first contact your payment institution or bank for inquiry. If it is confirmed that there is no relevant refund record, contact our customer service for verification with the refund order number.

VIII. Disclaimer

1. We shall not be liable for delays or failures in the return and exchange process caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, logistics disruptions, policy adjustments, etc.), but will try our best to assist you in negotiating a solution.
2. If the goods you return are lost or damaged during transportation, the liability shall be borne by the courier company you choose. We shall not be liable for relevant losses. It is recommended that you choose insured shipping service when returning the goods.
